The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Germany Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Components primarily include consumer discretionary, financial and materials companies. The fund is non-diversified.

DAX Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that will closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the DAX® Index. Using a passive or indexing investment approach, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective to track the performance of the index. The index tracks the segment of the largest and most actively traded companies - known as blue chips - on the German equities market. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the common stock of companies included in its benchmark index. It is non-diversified.
