Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated fixed income securities of varying maturities consistent with ordinarily seeking to maintain an average duration of approximately three years or less. The fund invests primarily in U.S. government securities, corporate bonds and mortgage- and asset-backed securities.

EVTR Description EVTR seeks above average returns by primarily investing in USD-denominated, investment grade fixed income securities. These may include a variety of securities issued by government and corporate issuers, MBS, and ABS. The fund aims to maintain an average weighted maturity between five and ten years. In creating its portfolio, the adviser looks at issuer creditworthiness. Up to 20% of the funds assets may be allocated to high yield securities, up to 20% in emerging market securities, and up to 10% in foreign securities. The fund is actively managed, which means investment decisions are at the discretion of the manager and it may also have a higher degree of portfolio turnover than an index-tracking fund.
