The index consists of dividend-paying common stocks of companies with growth characteristics that are traded principally on a stock exchange in one of the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom,ect. At least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. It is non-diversified.

The index consists of dividend-paying common stocks with growth characteristics of companies in the industrialized world, excluding Canada and the US, while neutralizing exposure to fluctuations of the value of foreign currencies relative to the USD. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. It is non-diversified.
