The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of 30 of the largest emerging market equities in the infrastructure industry. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Emerging Markets Infrastructure IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which is designed to track performance of 30 of the largest publicly listed companies in the infrastructure industry in emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.

AFK Description The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors® GDP Africa Index. The fund invests at least 80% of total assets in securities that comprise the index. The index is comprised of African companies. The index includes local listings of companies that are incorporated in Africa and offshore listings of companies incorporated outside of Africa that generate at least 50% of their revenues in Africa. The weighting of each country in the index is determined by the size of its GDP relative to the GDPs of the other countries represented in the index. The fund is non-diversified.
