The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Emerging Markets Diversified Multiple-Factor Index. The underlying index is designed to select equity securities from MSCI Emerging Markets Index that have high exposure to four investment style factors: value, quality, momentum and low size, while maintaining a level of risk similar to that of the Parent Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the underlying index. It is non-diversified.

HDAW Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of the MSCI ACWI ex US High Dividend Yield US Dollar Hedged Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (but typically far more) in component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to reflect the performance of equities (excluding REITs) in its parent index, the MSCI ACWI ex US Index, with higher dividend income and quality characteristics than average dividend yields of equities in the parent index, where such higher dividend income and quality characteristics are both sustainable and persistent. The fund is non-diversified.
