The fund invests in derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times the inverse (-2x) of the daily return of the index. The index includes 85% of free float-adjusted market capitalization in each industry group in emerging market countries. The fund is non-diversified.

FNDE Description
The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Russell Fundamental Emerging Markets Large Company Index. The index selects, ranks, and weights securities by fundamental measures of company size - adjusted sales, retained operating cash flow, and dividends plus buybacks - rather than market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in stocks included in the index, including depositary receipts representing securities of the index. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets in securities not included in the index.Grade (RS Rating)
