The investment seeks capital appreciation through short selling securities. Dorsey, Wright & Associates, LLC (the "Sub-Advisor"), the sub-advisor to the fund, seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by obtaining short exposure to investment returns of the broad U.S. large-capitalization equity market by engaging in short sales of U.S.-traded equity securities and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"). Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that create or result in short exposure to U.S. equity securities.

RWL Description
The investment seeks to outperform the total return performance of the S&P 500 Index, the fund's benchmark index. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by attempting to replicate the portfolio of the RevenueShares Large Cap IndexTM (the "underlying index"). The underlying index is constructed by re-weighting the constituent securities of the benchmark index according to the revenue earned by the companies in the benchmark index, subject to certain asset diversification requirements. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of large capitalization companies included in the benchmark index.Grade (RS Rating)
