The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. Dividend and Free Cash Flow Yield Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and depositary receipts representing index components. The index is designed to provide exposure to the constituents of the S&P Developed BMI Ex-U.S. & Korea LargeMidcap Index that exhibit both high dividend yield and sustainable dividend distribution characteristics, while maintaining diversified sector exposure.

IDOG Description The investment seeks investment results that replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S-Network International Sector Dividend Dogs Index. The underlying index is a rules-based index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the highest dividend paying stocks in the S-Net International Developed Markets Index. The fund generally will invest in all of the securities that comprise the underlying index in proportion to their weightings in the underlying index.
