DIVZ Description

The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation with lower volatility and a higher dividend yield compared to the S&P 500 Index. The fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by purchasing 25-35 stocks of companies that pay dividends and expect to grow the dividends over time and are trading at attractive valuations at the time of the investment. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in equity securities, including common stocks and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The fund is non-diversified.

PPH Description The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors US Listed Pharmaceutical 25 Index (the "Pharmaceutical Index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The Pharmaceutical Index is comprised of common stocks and depositary receipts of U.S. exchange-listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Such companies may include medium-capitalization companies and foreign companies that are listed on a U.S. exchange. It is non-diversified.
