The investment seeks to achieve total returns reflective of both money market rates in selected emerging market countries available to foreign investors and changes to the value of these currencies relative to the U.S. dollar. The fund is normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in investments whose combined performance is tied economically to selected emerging market countries. It generally will maintain a weighted average portfolio maturity of 90 days or less with respect to the money market securities in its portfolio. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide total returns, before fees and expenses, that exceed the performance of the Bloomberg Dollar Total Return Index. The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to provide total returns, before fees and expenses, that exceed the performance of the index. The index is structured to potentially benefit as the U.S. dollar appreciates relative to a basket of global currencies. The fund will seek exposure to both the U.S. dollar and global currencies held by the index through investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in money market securities and other liquid securities. It is non-diversified.
