The index uses a rules-based methodology that seeks to provide exposure to small-capitalization U.S. companies with above average free cash flow margins. Under normal circumstances, the fund will seek to invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of small-capitalization companies ("small cap") that are principally traded in the United States. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the health care equipment and supplies segment of a U.S. total market composite index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Health Care Equipment Select Industry Index (the "index"), the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index.
