The fund adviser will generally use a ?replication? strategy to achieve its investment objective, meaning it will invest in all of the component securities of the index. The fund is non-diversified.

In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Aerospace & Defense Select Industry Index (the "index"), the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index.
