The Underlying ETFs invest substantially all of their assets in FLEX Options on QQQ. FLEX Options are customizable exchange-traded option contracts guaranteed for settlement by the Options Clearing Corporation. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund may also invest in cash, cash equivalents, or money market funds.
