Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. ("NASDAQ OMX" or the "Index Provider") includes in the underlying index common stocks of foreign companies that are classified as "International BuyBack AchieversTM" pursuant to a proprietary selection methodology. It is non-diversified.
