The investment seeks to track the performance of the Morningstar Emerging Markets Large Cap IndexSM. Under normal circumstances, in seeking to track the index's performance, the fund generally purchases a representative sample of the securities comprising the index. By using a sampling process, it typically will not invest in all of the securities in the index. The Morningstar® Emerging Markets Large Cap IndexSM is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index designed to measure the performance of emerging market large-capitalization stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

PNQI Description

The PowerShares NASDAQ Internet Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ Internet IndexÂ® (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of the largest and most liquid US-listed companies engaged in internet-related businesses and that are listed on one of the major US stock exchanges. The Underlying Index employs a modified market capitalization-weighted methodology based on the market capitalization ranking of the Underlying Index securities. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
