Global X Funds - Global X Blockchain & Bitcoin Strategy ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Global X Management Company LLC. The fund invests in public equity and currency markets of the United States. For its equity portion, it invests directly and through other funds in stocks of companies operating across blockchain companies including digital asset mining, blockchain and digital asset transactions, blockchain applications, blockchain and digital asset hardware, and blockchain and digital asset integration sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its currency portion, it invests through derivatives in Bitcoin. The fund uses derivatives such as futures contracts to invest in Bitcoin through a wholly-owned subsidiary organized in the Cayman Islands. Global X Funds - Global X Blockchain & Bitcoin Strategy ETF is domiciled in the United States.

QAI Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the IQ Hedge Multi-Strategy Index. The fund invests normally at least 80% of its net assets (excluding collateral held from securities lending), plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the investments included in its underlying index, which includes underlying funds. The underlying index consists of a number of components ("underlying index Components") selected in accordance with IndexIQ's rules-based methodology of such underlying index.
