The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a combination of equity securities, financial futures contracts, forward currency contracts and other securities. The sub-adviser selects investments for inclusion in the fund's portfolio with reference to the components of the Morgan Stanley Multi-Strategy Alternative Index (the Benchmark) through a quantitative process that seeks to exceed the Benchmark's performance.
