The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of developed and emerging market equities that, in the aggregate, have lower volatility characteristics relative to the broader developed and emerging equity markets. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the underlying index. It seeks to track the underlying index, which has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") to measure the combined performance of equity securities in both emerging and developed markets that in aggregate have lower volatility. The fund is non-diversified.

RNEM Description
The Emerging Markets Equity Select ETF (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq Riskalyze Emerging Markets Equity Select Index (the "Index"). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Fund's investment advisor seeks a correlation of 0.95 or better (before fees and expenses) between the Fund's performance and the performance of the Index; a figure of 1.00 would represent perfect correlation. The Index is owned and is developed, maintained and sponsored by Riskalyze, Inc. (the "Index Provider").Grade (RS Rating)
