The fund's investment focus follows the Sub-Advisor's core philosophy of investing in industry-leading non-U.S. organizations led by visionary management teams with sound business strategies.

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of the underlying index. Moreover, at least 80% of the fund's net assets will be invested in securities that have economic characteristics of the Master Limited Partnership ("MLP") asset class. The underlying index is intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the United States master limited partnerships (MLP) asset class.
