Hamilton gold project consisting of 290 unpatented mining claims, 9 patented mining claims, and 241 acres of fee land located in White Pine County, Nevada. As of December 31, 2012, it also had nine exploration properties in Peru, Mexico, and Brazil; Yanacocha royalty property in Peru; and Mercurio royalty property in Brazil. The company was formerly known as Solitario Resources Corporation and changed its name to Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp. in June 2008. Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp. was founded in 1984 and is based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
