Its engine portfolio consists of noise-compliant Stage III commercial jet engines. The company also engages in the purchase and resale of new and used engines. As of December 31, 2012, it operated a lease portfolio of 184 engines and related equipment, 7 aircraft, and 4 spare parts packages with 78 lessees in 42 countries, as well as managed a lease portfolio of 33 engines and related equipment for other parties. Willis Lease Finance Corporation was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Novato, California.
