In addition, the company offers interdealer brokerage services, which include electronic trading of the U.S. treasuries, TBA-MBS, the U.S. agencies/agency CMOs, ARMs and specified pools, asset-backed securities, CMBS/CMBX, Repo, Markit IOS/MBX, investment grade corporates, Preferreds, Munis, BABs, CDS indices, equity derivatives, and interest rate swaps; and Tradeweb Direct that offers a range of front-end and workflow solutions for financial advisors, registered investment advisors, traders, and buy-side investors to manage order flow, ensure competition, and mitigate risk. The company was founded in 1998 and is based in New York, New York with additional offices in Garden City, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; Chicago, Illinois; Jersey City, New Jersey; Los Angeles, California; Boca Raton, Florida; London, United Kingdom; Amsterdam, the Netherlands; Tokyo, Japan; Hong Kong; Singapore; and Shanghai, China.
