The PureRF suite is a location position system solution based on active radio frequency identification (RFID) tag technology to offer commercial customers and governmental agencies; and provides a secure means to positively identify, locate, track, monitor, count, and protect people and objects, including inventory and vehicles. Its products include PureRF Readers, PureRF Tags, PureRF Activators, control software, and accessories. The company also offers professional and support services, as well as provides RFID and mobile technology and products for the healthcare and homecare, security and safety, community public safety, law enforcement, electronic monitoring, livestock monitoring, building, and access automation. The company was formerly known as Vuance Ltd. and changed its name to SuperCom Ltd. in January 2013. SuperCom Ltd. was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Herzliya, Israel.
