It is also advancing preclinical research for a seasonal/pandemic influenza vaccine, as well as other products. Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has collaboration and license agreements with VGX International, Merck, and ChronTech. The company was formerly known as Inovio Biomedical Corporation and changed its name to Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in May 2010.
