Enservco Corporation Description

Enservco Corporation, through its subsidiaries, provides oil field services to the onshore oil and natural gas industry in the United States. It offers fluid management services, including water/fluid hauling, frac tank rental, and disposal well services; well enhancement services, such as hot oiling, acidizing, frac heating, and pressure testing services for assisting in the fracturing of formations for newly drilled oil and natural gas wells; and maintaining and enhancing the production of existing wells; and well site construction and roustabout services. As of January 23, 2013, the company owned and operated a fleet of approximately 245 specialized trucks, trailers, frac tanks, and related well-site equipment. It operates in the Eastern United States region, including the Southern region of the Marcellus Shale formation and the Utica Shale formation in Eastern Ohio; Rocky Mountain Region, including Western Colorado and Southern Wyoming, and Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana; and the central United States region, including Southwestern Kansas, Texas panhandle, Northwestern Oklahoma, and Northern New Mexico. Enservco Corporation was founded in 1974 and is based in Denver, Colorado.
