The company accepts demand, savings, and time deposits; non-interest-bearing and interest-bearing checking accounts; and insured money market accounts. It also offers commercial, financial, and agricultural loans primarily consisting of loans to small to mid-sized businesses; commercial mortgage loans; residential mortgage loans; and consumer loans, including home equity lines of credit and home equity loans, as well as letters of credit. In addition, the company provides wealth management services comprising services as executor and trustee under wills and agreements; and guardian, custodian, trustee, and agent for pension, profit-sharing, and other employee benefit trusts, as well as various investment, pension, estate planning, and employee benefit administrative services. Further, it offers mutual funds, employee benefit plans, annuities, insurance products, and brokerage and tax preparation services. It operates 28 full-service branch offices, including 7 in Chemung County, New York; 13 in nearby counties of Broome, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, and Tompkins; 5 in Albany and Saratoga counties; and 3 in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, as well as operates 10 off-site automated teller facilities.
