Bridgford Foods Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in manufacturing, marketing, and distributing frozen, refrigerated, and snack food products in the United States and Canada. It operates in two segments, Frozen Food Products and Refrigerated and Snack Food Products. The Frozen Food Products segment offers approximately 160 frozen food products through wholesalers, cooperatives, and distributors to retail outlets, restaurants, and institutions. The Refrigerated and Snack Food Products segment sells approximately 280 items through distribution centers and a direct store delivery network serving supermarkets, mass merchandise, and convenience retail stores. The company's food products include biscuits, bread dough items, roll dough items, dry sausage products, beef jerky, sliced luncheon meats, and various sandwiches. It also purchases and resells various cheeses, salads, party dips, Mexican foods, nuts, and other delicatessen type food products. Bridgford Foods Corporation was founded in 1932 and is based in Anaheim, California.
