The Fund’s investment strategy is based on the belief that long term superior performance of a portfolio is driven by two factors: tactical allocation- accomplished by identifying positive trends for asset classes, sectors, and industries; and equity stock selection- based on quantitative analysis with an emphasis on earnings.

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of large, well established companies. Many of the equity securities in the fund"s portfolio will be technology companies or companies that rely heavily on technological advances. In managing the fund, the adviser employs a fundamental data science enabled investment approach that combines research, data insights, and risk management.
