The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of FTSE Developed Small Cap ex-US Liquid Index. The fund invests at least 90% of net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index is comprised of small capitalization companies in developed countries outside the United States, as defined by the index provider. It will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry, group of industries or sector to approximately the same extent that its index is so concentrated. The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.

The investment seeks investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the MorningstarĀ® Canada Target Market Exposure IndexSM. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowing for investment purposes in securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is a free float adjusted market capitalization weighted index which consists of stocks traded primarily on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
