The iShares MSCI India Index ETF, a sub-fund of the iShares Southeast Asia Trust, seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of publicly traded securities in the India market, as measured by the MSCI India Index ("Index"). Component companies included in the index are adjusted for available float and must meet objective criteria for inclusion in the index. The Fund will invest indirectly into the Indian market through a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Mauritius ("Mauritius Subsidiary")

INDY Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of 50 of the largest Indian equities. The Subsidiary and the fund will collectively invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the CNX Nifty IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the equity performance of the top 50 companies by free float market capitalization whose equity securities trade in the Indian securities markets. The fund is non-diversified.
