The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily-generally greater than 80%, but at least 65% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes-in equity securities of international companies that Empowered Funds, LLC ("the Adviser") believes, based on quantitative analysis, have positive momentum. A "momentum" style of investing emphasizes investing in securities that have had higher recent total return performance compared to other securities. It is non-diversified.

The index consists of long positions in the online retailers included in the ProShares Online Retail Index and short positions in the bricks and mortar retailers included in the Solactive-ProShares Bricks and Mortar Retail Store Index.
