The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the Cambria Global Value Index (the "underlying index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the components of the underlying index. The underlying index is comprised of equity securities of issuers located in developed and emerging countries, as well as exchange-traded funds composed of issuers located in developed and emerging countries.

UEVM Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the MSCI Emerging Markets Select Value Momentum Blend Index. The fund seeks to achieve by investing at least 80% of its net assets in securities in the index, depositary receipts on securities in the index, and securities underlying depositary receipts in the index. The index is designed to deliver exposure to equity market performance in the global emerging markets and provide higher exposure to value and momentum factors within the MSCI Emerging Markets Index while also maintaining moderate index turnover and lower realized volatility than traditional capitalization weighted indexes.
