The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI BRIC Index (the "underlying index"). The underlying index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure the combined equity market performance in Brazil, Russia, India and China ("BRIC").
